Skill build is a Welsh Assembly Government funded programme designed for unemployed 16 – 17 year olds. Training could vary depending on the occupation you are interested in but components could be -

Help remove barriers to accessing job related training and employment
Give you the confidence to take the next step
Pay you a learning allowance
